Hold Harmless Clause: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities during the event and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all vendors and venues participating including sponsors from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Every vendor must be approved to avoid duplication in vendors in one category. Submitting this form does not constitute approval to be in the show. You will be notified when you have been accepted to participate. Please note that once accepted into the show, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Vendors requesting tables and/or linens outside the standard options may incur additonal fees. Vendors will be contacted prior to confirming order if additonal charges are incurred.

Deadlines are as follows:

Early registration for 2018 prices deadline is March 11th 2018 11:59pm.
Title & Alfond Inn placement ads due no later than November 1st 2018.
Ads for event program due no later than December 18th 2018.
